The Flow Collection takes its name from water—the way it moves, yields, and quietly holds its own shape. There's a reason water appears so often in Taoist thought: it is soft but wears down stone, formless but never without direction. That same spirit runs through this collection.
Each bag is cut from supple full-grain leather, chosen for how it drapes and folds. Set it down, and the leather settles into a natural stack. Pick it up, and fine wrinkle lines trace the motion of carrying—like ripples on a quiet surface. The collection is built for ease: lightweight, unstructured, meant to move through the day without effort. Whether it's a commute, a weekend away, or just the rhythm of daily life, the Flow Collection is designed to feel as unforced as water finding its course.
Where Craft Becomes Flow
Across the Flow Collection, leather softens and shifts with use, its wrinkle lines deepening like water's movement made visible. Among them, the Medium Flow Hobo (Dong Hand-Crinkled Texture) stands apart—its texture is not just a surface treatment, but a direct translation of a traditional craft.

This texture traces back to Dong-cloth—a fabric of the Dong people, shaped by weaving, dyeing, drying, and repeated hammering. Unable to use the original cloth reliably for everyday bags, we translated its surface instead. The rhythm of hammering became a hand-crinkling technique developed by BAMPO, where artisans work the leather to echo Dong-cloth's texture. On the Medium Flow Hobo(Dong Hand-Crinkled Texture), the texture continues to shift and soften through use.
Made to Evolve
The Flow Collection is built for real life. The full-grain leather is strong enough for daily use, soft enough to carry comfortably from morning to night. It weighs little, packs flat, and doesn't demand careful handling.

Over time, it doesn't wear out—it wears in. Scratches blend into the surface. Creases settle where you naturally grip it. The bag adapts to how you use it, not the other way around. That's the practical truth behind Flow: a bag that works with your life, and gets better the longer you keep it.
