Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Quality Issues:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you promptly with a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Quality Issues:

For all other return requests $30 relisting fee will apply. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, gifts, and this form included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bampo.com. We will provide the return address after approving your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through customer use or wear
  • Orders with missing components (such as dust bags, accessories, etc.)

Exchanges

To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and then placing a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

Return Process

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return or exchange process as efficient as possible. To initiate your return or exchange:

  • Clearly document the issue and explain your reason for seeking a refund/exchange
  • Have your proof of purchase ready

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 2 business day with instructions. Please ship your package promptly to avoid any expiration issues. We will provide the return address after approving your return request. Please note that without tracking information, we may not be able to process your refund in a timely manner.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@bampo.com
