International Duties and Taxes
All prices on BAMPO are fully inclusive, with no hidden charges. The total amount shown at checkout (i.e., product subtotal plus shipping) is the final amount you pay.
We cover all import duties and customs fees for most international orders. In general, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes, such as VAT or customs duties, upon delivery.
In rare cases, some countries or local customs authorities may still request additional payments during the clearance process. If this happens, please contact us before making any payment. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure your order is delivered smoothly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take exceptional care in packaging our products to ensure they reach customers in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us via email at support@bampo.com with evidence of the issue. We will collaborate with our courier provider to resolve the matter promptly.Tracking Information
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we will send a separate email with your tracking number.
