Product Warranty

This warranty is exclusively applicable to purchases made directly through Bampo. For Bampo products acquired from alternative retailers, please return to your original point of purchase with receipt documentation for appropriate assistance.

All Bampo leather goods come with a three-month warranty including complimentary repair service. Should you encounter any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, our support team stands ready to assist. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@bampo.com with the following documentation:

· Proof of purchase

· Clear photographic evidence of the issue requiring attention

Conditions and Exclusions

While our three-month warranty provides substantial coverage, certain conditions and exclusions apply:

· The warranty explicitly excludes damage resulting from dye transfer, accidental damage, improper use, or any modifications, servicing, or repairs conducted by parties other than authorized Bampo representatives.

· Shipping costs are not covered under standard warranty terms unless the issue stems directly from a manufacturing defect, in which case Bampo will assume responsibility for associated shipping expenses.

· For items designated as "texture version," please be advised that natural pattern variations are intentionally crafted by our artisans. These distinctive characteristics are integral to the product design and are not considered defects; consequently, repair requests related to these natural elements cannot be accommodated.

· Upon expiration of the three-month warranty period, Bampo leather goods will no longer qualify for warranty coverage. Subsequent repair services will incur costs for both the repair procedure and return shipping, payable by the customer.

Leather Care and Maintenance

Bampo leather goods are meticulously crafted using certified premium top-layer cowhide. Natural variations in both color and texture represent the distinguished characteristics of fine leather. With time, your leather will develop a sophisticated patina and may experience a deepening of color due to natural skin oils and sunlight exposure, enhancing the authentic aesthetic of your luxury item. To maximize the longevity of your investment, consistent care and maintenance are essential.

Recommended care guidelines for your Bampo leather goods:

· Utilize a soft, lint-free cloth for regular dust removal

· Address minor soiling promptly with a slightly dampened cloth, allowing the leather to dry naturally
