From hand-grown cotton to fabric woven on traditional looms, each piece undergoes more than 30 meticulous steps and can take up to a year to complete. The cloth is repeatedly dyed with indigo and plant ash, naturally sun-dried, and hammered thousands of times until its surface glows. A final layer of cowhide glue enhances its strength and rich, natural color.

The entire process is 100% plant-based and chemical-free, honoring nature while supporting sustainable craftsmanship. With every purchase, a portion is donated to empower local Dong artisans, especially rural women, helping preserve tradition and support their families.
