Crafted from upgraded top-grain cowhide with a finer, smoother surface and a light, airy texture. Soft yet resilient, it folds freely without risk of deformation or damage, while retaining the natural aroma of cowhide—a detail that imparts lasting, understated luxury to the bag.
Our design takes inspiration from the Dong ethnic group’s traditional craft of making Dong cloth, where manual kneading and crushing is an essential step. Working with skilled artisans, we adapted this hand-crushing method to premium leather. After many trials, we created a textural marvel that embodies the soul of the Dong craft while meeting the standards of contemporary luxury.
Over time, this hand-crushed texture deepens in character, developing a unique gloss and richness that only age can bestow.
The leather is made using traditional plant dyeing techniques and vegetable oil tanning technology. It becomes softer with use, develops a natural luster, is not easy to wrinkle or deform, and forms a rich sense of layering. It does not contain any chemical additives and is safer and more environmentally friendly.
