1. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry, unless prohibited by local laws. 

Employees of Bampo, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period
Entry Period: July 24, 2025 – August 24, 2025

Winner Announcement: August 27, 2025

Winner Confirmation & Bag Selection: August 28 – September 5, 2025

Shipping of Prizes: Within 20 days after winner confirmation, depending on the region.

3. How to Enter
Submit your photo(s) through the official entry form on the contest page during the entry period.

Multiple entries are allowed as long as each is original and meets the contest theme.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Each person can enter the contest only once.

4. Entry Requirements
Photos must be the entrant’s own original work and not infringe on any third-party rights.

Images must feature a "hulu" or anything shaped like a "hulu".

Photos must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Excessively edited, AI-generated, or watermarked images are not allowed.

5. Winner Selection
After the entry period closes, the 5 eligible entries with the most votes on the contest platform will be declared winners.

Voting is open to the public and monitored to prevent fraudulent activity. Each person may vote only once.

6. Prizes
Each winner will receive one leather handbag of their choice, valued up to $429.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

In addition, everyone who enters the photo contest will receive a $35 voucher via email, valid for use on bampo.com. The voucher is valid until January 31, 2026 and cannot be combined with other discounts.


7. Notification & Claiming Prizes
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.

Winners must respond and choose their prize between August 28 and September 5, 2025.

If a winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Costs & Shipping
Bampo covers shipping and taxes.

9. Usage Rights
By entering, you grant Bampo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted photo(s) for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials, without additional compensation.

You retain copyright to your photo(s).

10. General Conditions
Bampo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or appears fraudulent.

Bampo may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at its discretion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.
